★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service I have gotten. For the price you pay, it is better to dine at Nandos.
My experience here was as such. The muffin ordered was of wrong type, the waiter said the muffin flavor ordered has finished, and here is the substitute. No courtesy of asking me whether I still wanted th muffin or not.
After that, when paying the bill, the waiter had the cheek to tell me to pay at the counter as he is busy.
My feel, walk a few steps away to Nandos which serves similar food with better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenny Rogers always provides good value healthy chicken meals at a good price point. They chicken are rotisseried in-house so you can see them roasting away. The biscuits that come with the meals are either good or no, Im not a fan. The side dishes are delicious and healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came during lunch with my colleagues for farewell. So hungry but my food is not delivered. I guess they missed my order but I tried my friend's food and it is delicious. Perhaps it tasted delicious because I'm so famished. So the one star is for the food. I think they are understaffed, so they can't handle many customers during that particular time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, need to call for a service? Slow workers, staff n same goes for the person in charge, if the place is busy, I can understand but the restaurant it's empty. I'm the only customer dine in, very bad. I don't know how are you still open?? And otw back I just looked at the counter, they didn't use hand gloves to prepare the cook chicken. I was shocked.!? I hope I'm still alive tomorrow...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD FOOD, BAD FOOD HANDLING, BAD RESTAURANT.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenny rogers subang parade used to be a great place to hang out in the old days. I still remember as a kid my parents used to bring us here to have dinner. The fire pit, smells of roast chicken. But now it is just a sad place. I was waiting for my food and the staff mop the floor around my table and the surrounding is covered with smell of detergent. Today Kenny Rogers is quite different from what it used to be in its heyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever!! Was served by AIDA and a malay guy. Very slow. The cutleries were not arrange in front of the customer as you can see in the photo. They just put a whole bunch in front of you! If the restaurant is busy, ok maybe there are stressed but the restaurant are nOT BUSY and the employees are not doing their job. Very disrespectful towards CUSTOMER. We stayed longer at Kenny to get some work done after dinner, employees dont bother to come and clean the table. Even after we called the waiter/watresses, they just took the plate then go. Called again to wipe the table, it is still not clean. sticky table. Our used tissue were left there and two empty glasses were left there. Hello, it is your job to clean the table, common sense to make it confortable for us. When ask for a coaster, the waiter seems not know what it is. Dont they have a training before?? The food taste bad, chicken was small, mushroom soup have a weird texture. Everything was off! I used to love Kenny , but now the quality have gone from bad to absolute worst! And you spent RM80 for a sh*tty service. CLOSE THIS DOWN PLEASE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was raining on Wednesday, so we decided to go to Subang Parade for lunch. Kenny Rogers shifted from its original shop location to the food court area(where Ah Cheng Laksa in) in lower ground floor, and changed into Kenny Roger Express now.
I’m glad the change of location and change of the outlet type from normal shop into Express one, as their service is way faster than any other ordinary KRR shop I visited. As the food quality, the picture says it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is ok but quality of food really needs a overhaul the Kenny Rogers chicken is rock hard and tasteless. The mushroom soup is cold and salty. The muffins have a strong smell of essence. The staff seem to be busy talking away. Only one senior staff is attending to patrons. About time the management shuts ? their outlet in subang parade.?
