β β β β β This place not only serves chicken rice .. but noodles n desserts too .. very good food here.. their pie-tie is one of the best..their gado-gado salad is very good too ..clean & bright place.. service is fast n good

β β β β β I donβt mind waiting as long as they provide me great service. On the banner states that the Savers Good Lunch is available from 10am till 3pm. My family and I came at 12noon. I ordered the lunch set which will include a free soft drink for every set. But the waiter insisted us that we cannot order the lunch set and we have to order water separately which by then would cost us extra I was dissapointed and angry as to why would you hang the banner when I canβt order the lunch set? I couldnβt get ahold of the manager as it was weekdays and lunch hour. The shop was too busy with small number of staffs. The chicken portion is also smaller than the Bukit Rimau outlet I frequently go to. What a bad experience.

β β β β β Worst customer service. There were only a handful of customers but no one was paying attention to new customers. A lot of customers have come in but were just confused and left. I sat for 10 mins but no one came to take my order. I confronted to a worker in the kitchen, n she said like "oh you can have a seat first". Well isn't it what i have been doing for stupid 10 mins?

β β β β β Because I am a regular patron, the manager on duty knows what I want without me telling her what I like to have for that day. She gets my orders to the 'T', right up to the choice of drink I will have. Amazing, right? I will always go back here because I always get personalised service. Kudos to the team!

β β β β β Environment ok. Not comfortable when some customers smoking. Not sure about the guidelines of No Smoking at public area. Foods ok.

β β β β β Never disappoints. Went for my usual Chicken Combi (Roasted + Steamed Chicken) and a dashing bowl of wantan dumplings. The waitresses here are super kind and friendly. For that Iβd have to give 5 stars. Although only thing disappointing was the portion size :/ Still a good place for lunch with the workmates! Tip: donβt come during office lunch hours, best times are around 2pm-6pm. Trust me on this.

β β β β β This shop adheres to SOP so people are expected to wait for them to be seated only after tables are empty and distance safe from other customers. Taking away is easy as you can just order at the counter. Easy to locate the shop as it is at the lower ground among other eateries.
