★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SPM leavers as new staff, so slow and stumbly. Learn fast lah dik. Food is okay. Combine two sides as one, get one standard portion of mac n cheese. They forgot my coleslaw, until i realized i forgot my coleslaw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience. mintak seats for 8 sbb dtg as a family, bagi meja lain2, tak bagi duduk semeja sbb sop. okay takpe kami faham, but that one staff doesnt even give options to have the side by side table, so kami pon mintaklah tukar with other staff okay so far so good. But waited for the food for more than an HOUR. bila tanya kenapa tak sampai lagi baru start prepare. we think one of the staff (yg ambik our order)sabotaged our order (by maybe BAD MOUTHING us to kitchen staff)so we received it later than everyone elses. the rest of the guy waiter & guy cashier did great at melayan guest but that one waitress. u know who u r. dont know why you purposely gave us those eyes but yeah. I dont know why you want to pick up a fight with customer. Because your behavior seriously like you own the restaurant. As if mintak tukar change tempat duduk je make me as a bratty customer to you. came as family to have fun but spoiled the mood. regret coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food serve very fast . But i think something missing in my plate .. It's a lack of flavor .. I can't feel the chicken flavor . The rice also sticky .. The only thing feel good is mushroom soup and vegetable.. But i giving u guys 5 star anyway because of the service ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was alright for a chain restaurant. The chicken was juicy and nicely roasted, chicken and mushroom soup was thick and tasty, original sauce (gravy) was nice too. Only thing was that my aromatic rice was cold when the dish was delivered. Luckily service staff was friendly and microwaved my meal up. Would have been better if they served it hot the first time though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their new promotion., salted egg chicken, mushroom soup with vanilla muffin all was good. service of the staff is ok also. Interior design it was simple and nice. Will comeback again next time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fork was dirty. I ask 1 spoon no one give us. I calling using call button more then 5 to 6 Time, no one come to my table. I walk to near drink area asking for spoon, till no spoon given. The worse serving staff. Noticed people are complaining a lot about service. But still no improvement means, they don't care about customer feed back?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KRR now days seems very awesome with a lot of new menu and changes. Its not only a western restaurant and but now its more than that. They have Italian dishes as well. Other than that, KRR also have fish fillet.. Honestly I am quite amazed with KRR with their brand new meals.
Beautiful interior design, clean and tidy. All staff seems very helpful and generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wait for more than 40 minutes for this. and the website to order the meals are not so user friendly. why cant just to have a normal order. its endamics now.
my friend’s pasta comes for another 1 hr. wow. very slow service. not so many ppl inside the restaurant. can see lots of empty tables.
family beside my table are leaving since it took like long time.
pls. do something.
