★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet really make me disappointed! Spicy flavour chicken sauce didn't not wrap all the chicken. Just like put a bit sauce on the top of the fried chicken set only. I went this outlet around 11am. Can't imagine hows they handle during peak hour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excited to try this fast food franchise for the 1st time, unfotunately after 20 minutes queue at the counter, was informed need to wait one hour for the fried chicken???
Look like this outlet really not enough staff one guy at the counter really new and from his face really look anoyying with something and stress plus come and back to the kitchen everytime for each order.
Better close this outlet and train your staff properly and so far the worst front counter customer service. Still remember the relieve face of that staff after informed one hour for chicken after that all 15 people queue disembark to other makan place. Hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truely Disappointed. It is our first time visit IOI, then my brother told me 4fingers is famous with their chicken. So we tried it. Damn it... Not worth at all ! The chocken not fresh, so dry and taste like overnight chicken you cant sold last night then you reheat it ,sell again. So bad. French fries too.. so bad taste, so dry and not fresh really like you not honest to customer! You think we cant taste it? Fries taste so bad ..like leftover then you reheat it. We cant finish it. Kesian adikku dan anakku kena makan ayam dan fries yang lama . Dah la mahal. Kalu mahal, fresh sedap tu tak pe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to sum it all, really disappointed. WASTE of money. I ordered chicken wings and drummets delivery from this outlet. very disappointed. chicken taste like it was cook yesterday and on top of that one of the chicken wings got fly eggs on it. I spend almost rm100 on that order to treat my family but ended up with no choice but to throw it all away. writing this here so that I will remember to NEVER EVER buy anything from here.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the quality of the chicken served to us today. I felt like it was double fried as the chicken tasted dry, stringy and have that weird leftover taste. I can tell the difference because i often eat 4fingers and the chicken always tasted moist and fresh. you can see in the pic where the chicken looked dry and stringy. after this experience, i dont think i want to eat in this outlet anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tilapia not fresh fishy smell, chicken not fresh slight smell, and damn salty the coating sauce, fries normal, tiny portion for fastfood 22.90 will put money somewhere else ... The irony on your serviette is real.
