★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/5/18: Middle lane queue after 10mins, when the front customer move suddenly the staff close his counter! Shift to 1st lane and lost my Q so m still here waiting since 8.50pm.... 15mins Q... why are they working so slow?? At 8.09 they are discussing what they left to serve the customers, I have to intervene & scolded them by asking where is your SOP for serving customers?? How long does it takes you to serve 1 pax? None were able to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so i was at this location for late lunch around 2:45. ordered 2 sets of signature boxes. waited for 15mins or so... the tray still on counter because of 1 missing burger. the other guy next to me waiting for his order for roughly the same duration, but with 2 cornetto ice cream cone on the tray. the staff completed his order and just put the trays there didnt even bother to announce the order number. the guy stood there wondering if the order is his... with melted ice cream cones.
one lady in kitchen churning out fries... while 3 or 4 guys outside telling her to do stuff.
i got a number tag after that. my burger came another 10mins later.
and also the zinger burger bun is different these days. dry and hard. even the last few times i had it.
well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is too slow and they only have burgers and drinks remaining all the time may be due to covid-19 as Aeon Big mall is almost vacant nowadays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the staff service here is really slow and inefficient. They seem dazed or they’re day dreaming. Food availability is also bad. Even in the mid-afternoon, many menu items are already unavailable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC I ever visited. The food is not warm at all. Amount is also less. Coleslaw looks unhealthy. The Delivery time is long enough to forget about your hunger. Hand wash was missing. They even didn't provided enough tissue to clean hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl staff in black T shirt is really rude here. I was requesting for drumstick I don’t think this is Improper. I understand maybe she have been a tough day and very tired now, but I came here with good mood, I hope she won’t ruin my day with her bad attitude and I really appreciate if she can talk politely to customers. Hope KFC could see me comment ??
