★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Management seriously need to look at this outlet. Please train ur staff before you put them out there and work. I waited for my order for so long and more than 15 queue numbers behind me already gotten their orders. I tried and asked one of the woman but she didn't answer me. Three times she ignored me. I have no choice but to step inside and demand an explanation. All they gotta say was, 'Please wait outside'. Luckily one of the lady worker had the courtesy to asked me. I had to stand in front of them and looked at them while they're working to remind them of my orders. They sensed the tension and I was immediately given my orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it's OK. Only 3 "complaints", 1) being a fast food restaurant, they are very very slow. 2) they take forever to clean up the tables (this is also partly some of the patron's fault for not clearing up their mess), 3) which the servers were more cheerful and enthusiastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this McD yesterday night - 27th Oct 2021 and opted for a take away. I bought a burger meal and ordered a cold milo without ice. The service was slow as I had to wait quite long, but I can understand that because probably the staffs were exhausted as it was already late evening. But upon reaching home and having the milo, I noticed that it was too diluted and tasteless. You guys should have a policy of checking the drinks frequently to maintain its taste. I had to throw it away. Please improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store was very dirty when I came here at 8pm. The floor had food crumbs, most tables still had rubbish on it, and only one worker trying to clean up. Tables and chairs were sticky and had crumbs. On the plus side, service was quick and food was received fast. The food was also fresh and hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, order two sets, after first set finish, almost 30 min, proceed to counter ask for the status, malay ladies suddenly angry with no reason, and told me fast food doesn't mean fast in time measures, is mean for snack. And she said "you can take away your balance food and clean before you go.
From 1 St word until the end, I don't know what I did wrong to make her such angry.
From 1st until i out from shop, i just saying 1 complete sentence, there is "may i know ". If can't take this word, you are better to live in jungle.
