★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services of Nandos outlet at Aeon Mall Shah Alam was very bad. The staff only served the Malays. We were seated and not a single staff came by to explain the ordering procedure. We also had to take our cutleries by ourselves whereas the other Malay customers were being served by the staff. What kind of double standard services given at this outlet? Nandos Management should look into this seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yummy Yummy... No need review lah for Nando's .. All people around the world know what is Nando's.. I had a wonderful hospitality by the waitresses.. Marination reaches the chicken bones.. we enjoyed the every single bite .. LOVE NANDO'S

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday 27/2. The Indian waiter working around 7pm ++ at the cashier was really rude. Took the orders wrong and showing attitude. You are working here as waiter, you are not a runway model to show your freaking attitude!! Keep it to yourself!! Really wanted to give 1 star but it’s unfair for the others! Please improve or leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with nando's seksyen 13 aeon shah alam. I called them for booking arrangements 23 times from 11am till 3pm but no one answered. I went to nando's and make walk in arrangements. I tried to call them again from my table and the staff ignored all the phone call. The restaurant is not busy but the staff are lazy..

?Had our dinner yesterday. Choose Wing Drummet and Chicken Tender with extra hot
❤️well marinated and grilled just nice. Juicy meat and flavourful taste.
?RM16++ and RM19++ if im not mistaken.
?Good service by staffs..They work so fast?
we chose whole chicken menu??chicken is juicy..fresh salad too..overall its amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i ordered my food and it took 2 hours for them to prepare. I asked three staff including what i presume is the manager, they all told me “lambat sikit ya”. Only when I said I wanted a refund did they suddenly take prompt action (which was another 10 minutes wait). The restaurant was crowded ONLY after I came. Will not come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny portion. The drumstick is smaller than a standard spoon size! (Refer to picture). Both chicken are different in colour and it shows in the taste. Both are overcooked and dry.
