Ordered laksa with bihun but received laksa with kampua mee. A lot of menu with red wine was not available. Kampua soup taste like plain water. I wont recommend anyone to come here.

A relative new outlet of the SRK noodle house chain on the top floor of the mall. The decor is contemporary and clean with posters featuring the popular dishes from Sarawak. The seats are comfortable and air is cool. We ordered the kampua and dry wantan. The taste and flavour met our expectation. On another occassion we ordered the red wine chicken mee sua which was disappointing.

Probably the only kampua mee chain store in Malaysia. Originate from Sarawak (hence the name SRK), kampua mee stands for "dry plate noodle", basically a slight variance of wantan mee. Besides the usual seasoning, SRK kampua mee added minced pork, pork lard and fried shallots which gave a great aroma. I ordered the Bian Rou a.k.a wantan/dumpling separately. The size was pretty big and also top with some minced pork and fried shallots. Just that it has a little too much fried shallot oil to my liking. Overall was good though. They do have quite a number of outlets in Klang Valley.

Specialising in Sarawak Kampua noodles. Average tasting. Found the noodles a little sticky. Portion is big though and price is considerably cheap for shopping mall standard. Bien nuk (pork dumpling) in soup is also worth the price. The soup came with a generous dash of shallot oil. But the dumplings had a tad flour-y texture. The soup wasn't very hot. Other than kampua, there's mee pok, tomato noodles, meesuah, laksa, etc. Clean and big interior. FavePay accepted.

Good quality food with generous ingredients and serving size. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. The Mee pok was cooked wonderfully al-dente but at the same time it soaked in enough umami flavor from the dry sauce. Pairs well with the sambal. The dumplings were excellent bursting with meat and juices Hor fun had the good wok hei and flavor. The 3 color tea and the 3 sour drinks are also recommended; not too sweet too.

Saw this outlet when shopping at Paradigm. Gave it a try. The Sarawak noodles was average. The spicy one I ordered wasn't as hot as I thought. The normal noodles was fine. The wanton dumplings was alright, but can't compare to the ones at Face to Face Noodles. Overall, the portions were ok, service was quick and the price reasonable.

Last visit in Feb’22. Been visiting this store even before covid. The noodle taste good and the portion is big. Price is reasonable too. However, had an utterly disappointed experience during my last visit. The chili paste was clearly spoiled and smelled funny. Even from the plastic container, you can clearly see that there are many spots of mold. You can only get such mold by not washing the container in an extended period of usage. Talked to the waiter but he tried to justify it away by claiming that it is β€˜chili oil’. Excuse me? You think I don’t know how to differentiate between mold and chili oil? Then he gave another excuse that it is caused by taking out of refrigerator etc. which totally nonsense to me. Just admit it. Do not ever take your customer as a fool and pray for the luck. THEY KNOW. Anyway, he replaced another container of chili paste for me. Though it still smells funny at that time, I decided to eat it anyway as I do not wish to further escalate the whole situation. The subsequent consequence was.. I had a really really really bad diarrhea later that night at 2am. Mark my word, it’s freaking 2am in the morning. Woke up from my sweet dream because of this. Anyway, not going to visit the store again. I’m still giving It 2 stars because of the taste and that’s all. I know that I could’ve gave them another chance which usually I would as it is not really a big thing. Mistakes happen all the time. BUT, I do not like to treat as a fool. Business requires mutual respect. This is disrespectful.

The kampua noodle is the star of this house. Choice of mee pok, a flat noodle adds homestyle to the dish. Then there's the redwine mee. An acquired taste. Also bien nuik. House specials. Sarawak laksa, tomato noodle, sarawak rojak also favourites on the menu. I returned to try the moonlight hor fun and it was awesome - giving this joint another star rating!
