★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one is a small branch, but has two floors so there are only several tables on the Ground floor.
So far the foods have been consistent in quality; chickens are often crispy and fries made fresh but there have been times they were served cold.
Hygiene-wise, not the best because its an end lot located beside a major drain which emits foul smells.
Waiting times can be atrociously long, although this mainly apply to other branches as well due to the lack of a ticketing system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compare to other branch, this is closest to my house therefore been going there since young. The chicken size is laughable and once I saw the staff purposely avoid taking the big one and choose smaller ones for me. The staff are also at a snail pace here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a special offer only for that day. As expected there's a crowd, but the queuing was orderly, and SOP's are enforced. There's also many delivery dispatchers waiting as well, but orders were done in a good manner. I feel comfortable ordering and eating here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Always slow, expect to wait forever before your meal gets delivered.
My most recent experience resulted in a slow self pay counter, them running out of coleslaw and not informing me that I’ll have 2 mash potatoes instead, and that I had to wait 20 mins for the chicken to cook.
Slow, terrible, unorganised. Very sad to see KFC in a situation like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a snack plate and the chicken pieces were significantly smaller compared to other fried chicken outlets but worse of all was the poor taste! The chicken was very dry, hard and had no semblance nor fragrant smell that KFC usually has. I will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better KFC branches I have been so far. Service is excellent. Chicken is chicken though I wish they have enough supply for the demand these days. Price is the upper RM20s so plan your meal before ordering. Overall good fast food from nostalgia. Main complain at least give seats to customers that order take away.
