★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste was decent but the flavour wasn't as intense as I would have liked (the wok hei was a bit lacking). There was a decent amount of pork strips and fried lard though, which made up for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For many, Kim Lian Kee is the highlight of the Lot 10 Hutong with its Hokkien Mee. But I can't say I appreciate what the fuss is about. If anything the noodles were a bit disappointing, there were excessive cabbage in the dish, the noodles were alright but doesn't match the reputation. Compared to the other stalls here, the price is marginally higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently this original place is a legend in Hokkien mee. Dark style, stir fried with charcoal heat, the store retained its original cooking methods. It is located within Lot 10 hutong, basement of the shopping mall. Quite a fast service. Tried the original signature dish and is pretty satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the food court at Lot 10 basement. Ordered its signature Hokkien Mee. Black sauce and crispy lard is shiok. Lacking in wok hey, though. No need to come all the way here to try it, unless you're short of time and couldn't make it to the OG restaurant in Petaling St.
