Went for a SIM replacement. The guy said its done but it will take 24 hours. Now its 72 hours and still not active. The customer service is saying that there is no record of sim replacement request at all in their systems ....

The yes service is the worse in the town. Want terminate the line. Pointing u go everyway. Won't take any service from them in future. Bye.

Unfriendly and Dumb staff (Never subscribe for YES). "Ariy" the boyish lady (has a big black patch on half her face) at this stall is very unfriendly and not able to help the customers with their queries. Always the answer was "contact online care" which never responds promptly.

Unfair to continue billing me despite notification to YES to stop the service, and the internet line was already stopped working past few months. I had notified YES my intention to terminate the internet service via phone, and by mail but I was told the internet service could only be terminated by present personally at YES office, how inconvenience!

I am totally appalled by the service. Despite the notifications to stop when the 24 months were up , they still continue billing me. The coverage is not good. You can only get the coverage within the klang valley but the minute you are just further out of kl, you can't get the coverage. They don't make it easy for you to terminate your subscription. You have to go to the main office to terminate or scanned the form. However if you don't have a scanner it can be troublesome. Totally disappointed.

Coverage is extremely poor despite what they tell you. When you call their careline it takes ages because it loops back and makes you key in your choices again. The tech staff are unable to provide any help or constructive advice. So I have paid for a year without any service at all. Would strongly suggest any other provider instead of Yes. Would give zero stars if I could.
