★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience dealing with Kinsen Home Furniture, I bought My Mattress and Bedframe alongside the Waterproof Mattress Protector. barely any months after I bought The Irene L shape Sofa. Thanks the sales Agent, Mr. Andrew who helped me with making a prevalent choice for the L shape Irene Sofa. Great quality items with reasonable costs. I will not be reluctant to recommend at Kinsen Home furniture to anyone who is seeking for quality furniture's with affordable prices.

Thomas very patience and we'll knowledge to assist us with decision. the king bed is the best item in Kinsen. sofa wise also very good. suit us well. installation very fast . friendly staff.

She is very much helpful and patient on listening to your requirements and also provide valuable suggestions. First time I bought a king bed set and second time again I went for sofa only because of her excellent service. Overall, kinsen home is a good furniture shop with high quality products in reasonable price. Definitely will go there again.

Not to mention the quality of their sofa and bed, the logistic arrangement is awesome as they ensure we agreed to the date and time for a few times and the delivery reached on time as well. Worth the money we spent ??

The L is an extra feature that we like too, suitable for people who likes to lie down. Highly recommended! Dealt with Chong, he was great to deal with ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loving the Haven sofa I purchased at Kinsen Home (Petaling Jaya branch)! It's spacious and comfortable, especially after a long day at work.
Sandy was very helpful, from helping me decide on landing the perfect couch for my new home, to making sure that it's sent to my apartment in good condition.
There was one time, the middle seat was stuck due to some misalignment when I tried to pull to extend it. When I reached out to Sandy for guidance, she, almost instantly, sent me a demo video on how to properly push the seat in back in place. Now that's what I called 5-star service! =D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Kinsen Home at BU for the first time on 24 Dec 2021 and was greeted and served by Sandy. She is a friendly, helpful and patient sales assistant. I am very glad with her service and explanation. As i can only choose ready stock, with Sandy's introduction, I finally chose Tust Dining Table, it looks great and cheap RM790 only. i added 6 low-back dining chairs with grey fabric cushion. Due to time constraint, she was able to accommodate my request for fast delivery to my new house. This really helped me a lot. I love the dining table set when it arrived my unit and it matches perfectly to my reno. Thanks Kinsen Home and Sandy! Kinsen's furniture are awesome and nice in design. I wish i could buy more in future.
