★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I click one star as there is no 0 star. Furniture company from hell. I bought 6 fabric dining chairs from them in July 2018, 2 of them had a bad rip and 4 are showing signs of tear. and the quality is really bad after only four months. Liased with susan who told me to deal directly with the supplier in Muar. Wanted to charge me 200rm to pick up the chairs and send it to supplier for inspection with no guarantee that i would get a replacement, despite photos of the damaged chairs were provided .She claimed it is part of wear and tear seriously after 4 months? She refused to take my call , i insisted to speak to the boss but she refused to give me the details. Absolutely worst experience. Monsoon you will lose me as a customer forever. Shame on you susan!

A follow up of my complaint was met with even more ridiculous response.
Response from susan after she was informed by marketing of my post.
“This receives from our marketing, did you ? Since you comment like that ,so I think we cannot help that much. Thank you ya.”
I rAng up demanding to speak to the owner and was told by a ‘salesgirl’ that the owner is overseas and then hung up on me!!!
How bloody rude and no manners. She said they only look after sales and no complaints to be attended literally!
Please do not buy from this lousy shop, you will regret!

About the policy can't take picture with after the sales executive explaination they can't allow take photo because of most product items of them are allies with designer company deals.
Deal over all are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furniture design are good, price also reasonable. But some furniture may not give you good solution if furniture parts broke. As they don't come with manufacturer warranty. I bought one table in 2014 but the table leg broke this year and when I bring to them they say they can't do anything which I m not happy with it. Now I can't use the table as the leg broke. Throw away also wasted and not environmental friendly. Suggest go for furniture shop that offer repair or trade in solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a dinning table worth USD 2000, but later I found another product which I like more from another place so I purchased it and requested Monsoon Decor Sdn Bhd to change the table to another item same price or more. They refused saying it’s already in Logistics. I said I will pay for extra logistics and I’m not asking for a money refund. Still they refused. The lady there is very arrogant and very rude. I don’t recommend this place at all. A very very bad experience.

They listened to me patiently and answered each and every query of mine in a very polite way.
I must mention that the MS-C&Ray-lounge chair purchased from showroom is really very cost effective and I am totally satisfied with the same.
