★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staf, good environment, affordable price. I went to many other clinics in klang, this is the best clinic so far in my opinion. Definitely will come again to bring g my other cats for checkup and treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Nasri is the best person to handle my cats. He really have the passionate and love towards animals and it shown clearly in his eyes and the way he explained things. You know your pets are in good hand with him. The way he holds and explained about the pets issue really help to ease the stress level that you go through when your pet need some special attention! Been to few nearer Vet for some emergency but ultimately will still visit Kitty Cottage for better treatment.
Bravo Mr Nasri and keep up the good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a lots. One of my cats died because of that Indian doctor. I think he's new. He didn't know how to do his work. Make sure you guys check your cats with Dr Nasri. Really good Dr! still going there because of him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad service. I brought my cat to this vet for not feeling well. But the vet just gave antibiotic and pain killer and not even diagnose properly. The vet there dont know how to treat my animals. I highly suggest not to go to this vet clinic. Really really bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here since 2 years ago but all the time with a Malay Doctor, I think he is Dr.Nasri. He's very good and gentle with cats. But last two weeks (09/04/2021) I bring my cat there, there's this Indian doctor who did not even properly diagnose my cat and he directly ask for blood withdrawal. And locked me outside saying that because of me my cat is not calm and can't cooperate for the blood withdrawal. And until today (21/04/2021) only they told me (after I asked) that the blood was not sufficient for the blood test and need me to bring my cat back for second blood withdrawal. Will consider to switch to other clinic for future check ups and other matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my kitty coz diarrhea, they just took my kitty in without me,later brought her to me saying they dewormed her without checking with me, my kitty has already been dewormed before, so dissatisfied with the they manage there, no proper information and negligence. The doctor is an Indian, wonder if he is really a vet coz he doesn't ask anything about the kitty, like how old or been dewormed or vaccinated,or give any advice at all. How can a doctor just assume n give treatment, if my kitty fall sick will blame them for their negligence
