★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this clinic as my poor puppy had a bad allergic reaction . The doctor and staff were very friendly and followed all covid sop to ensure safety of both owners and pets. I would definitely recommend visiting them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was so helpful. Unsatisfy with the doctor tremendously slow. I waited for her and asked if she's available to check my pet THRICE eventhough i'm the only customer at that time. If she needs to set up some work before proceed, just tell me i will understand but she just prefer to make her customer waiting and waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst vets u could go to,the price is high and the doctor (young one) was not convincing in her treatment of my cat,the medication that was administered (fever) didn't work and upon coming again the next day she told me my cat was terminally ill,and that nothing could be done anymore. Please do not waste your time and money coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 Feb 2022. Location already good. Good statergical place which is very convenient. Easy to get parking. Price is affordable. But discipline is very bad. I came at 10am today. But no one is there even a receptionist. The shop open, but no one inside. Ring the bell. No response. Call also no one pickup. Not even a memo to explain late or what. Wait for 40 minutes. No one turn up. This is lousy. My cat had a wound, what if it get infected n ends complication. That will cost more money to treat it. Is helping animal nothing meaningful?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 2 starts for the cleanliness, service, polite staff and Doctor. But the cost was too high, although I told them I had a budget for that day. From 300 shoots up to 700+ for blood tests and medicines for a week. Due to some emergency, I have to come to this clinic. Good service was given, but cutthroat price compare to my regular vet.

cat got ear infection and allergy, the indian woman dr is so kind and helpful. i got all the information that i need. the place here is very clean and organized. vaccination also took only awhile. vaccine rm36 for each cat. my cat seems to get better after 5 days having all medicine provide. the treatment cost me up until rm300+ because my cat got allergy, so i got so many medicines and cat food. anyways its worth the price. however, please do make appointment before coming in bcs the vet is usually busy!! if urgent, come early as soon as they open clinic♥️

It's a small but well equipped vet clinic, located near sentosa. Along the main road. A bit busy traffic
Doctor is very experienced, with 2 assistants, no panic, stopped the blood immediately, applied the med then it's done. 10 min job
Only thing is the vet suppose to close at 7 pm, we reach at 7:05 pm. Due to this, there is an emergency charges of rm 100. :(
The initial charges was rm 35, so total is now rm 100 + RM 35 = RM 145
Charges is fair, plan to bring her later for spay, was told will be RM 300
