Spacious podium with simplistic green design done nicely.
Windy most of the time.
Helpful residents keeping and improving the property.
Swimming pool rather small though.

โ โ โ โ โ Condo is nice and spacious, air ventilation is good. Security is also good.
but Management is worse and sick. no proper management and rude behavior. and need to follow up several times for any small issue, which can be solved immediately.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly guards, there's two convenience store located inside. Ample parking space and there's gym, swimming pool, tennis/basketball court, badminton court, multi-purpose hall and also a small children playground available on the fifth floor of the condominium. Environment wise is acceptable although would need more cleaning on walls and etc
