★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More like UNFRIENDLY neighbourhood clinic. Both nurse and doctor are very2 unfriendly . Ask one question answer one question. Giving very tight face. No smile no greet. What kind of private clinic lah. We pay extra for extra service. Stupid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here at 2 pm today and the clinic was close for lunch till 2.30 pm. Then i came back at 2.20 pm said i will just wait. Then suddenly someone came in 3 mins after me and they take their registration first. So i told the nurses at the counter that i was here first can i go in first and see the doc. At first they say yes but due to their very slow and inefficient service. I end up waiting. It is unfair. Definitely not coming back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 4pm. Receptionist says doctor not in until 5pm. Ok I'll come back. 5pm comes, receptionist unsure where doctor is. I asked her to call and find out, she says phone not working. Then continues to claim innocence and not do a single thing to at least try and fix the situation. Perhaps you could've taken my number and got someone or even the doctor to call me?
Worst part is, this has happened to me 3 times this year alone. Terrible work ethics. Don't waste your time coming here. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. No more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your service is really bad. My husband came in for gastric and you guys didn't even have a Iv or Im antacids. What kind of clinic doesn't have that? If you guys can't run a clinic properly, kindly shut it down rather than making people who are ill more sick after coming to your clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really hate the doctors there, the place was really good back in the days, but now it's just not the same, they should be ashemed of themselves, nurses treat their guests as if they're ghosts. Doctors prescribe patients wrongly, not recommended or advisable to go here. Do look elsewhere for other clinics in Shah Alam
