โ โ โ โ โ Opening time of this clinic is stated from 8 am to 11.30 pm, and claims to open 16 hours. When I was there around 8.15 am, the clinic assistant reluctantly opened the door and informed that the doctor will only come at 9.30 am. When asked why the opening time is written as 8 am, the answer given to me was, ' oh, pukul 8 buka untuk kerja pembersihan sahaja'. If that's the case the opening time should be 9.30 am, not 8 am! Very misleading.

โ โ โ โ โ Super dissapointed with Dr Ruben! ???
My son fever since Sunday night till today Tuesday 11am. Not even 3days ok?! I as a mum has the right not to has blood test at now right?! He showed me face dolor upon my rejection! Hello, where is your professionalism??!! Even I went to paediatric, Dr will asked to wait 3 to 5days! To me is still too early to let my son suffer the needle poke ok!! Damn pissss off ??????
After showed black face, he told me I will write here u reject to take blood test. FINE! Then he said now u tell me what to do?! Wtfxx really feel wana scold him! I bring him to check for nose block n coughing! I told him about his cough for long, he just very simply check thru his throat and that's it! Sigh.. if no heart to become a Dr please go back to do what u want to do and do not harm the community and tear down the clinic name! I felt heart pain for Dr Chan and Dr shubas to has suck a lousy replacement Dr at their clinic!!!

โ โ โ โ โ That female doctor... because feeling nauseated and headache is pregnant ? Always like that dont even bother to do further check ups then just mention pregnant and congratz me?! Lol
Went for 2nd opinion turns out to be stomach flu, I may had died of dehydration if I did not went for second opinion
Not just me, my 8 year old sistsr also period pun belum... ??

โ โ โ โ โ Not sure what the other complaints are about, but I had my appointment for my booster shot here. Came in, registered, got my jab. In and out in 30 mins.
The nurses were professional, and the doctor was great! Surprisingly my booster jab did not hurt at all (compared to my second jab).
