He spent a lot of time explaining to me slowly about my condition and was very patient. He recommended me a treatment that was very affordable and it worked. His reply on his phone is also very prompt and I have never had better sleep in a decade. Thank you Dr. James.

Dr. James literally just brought me back to life yesterday. The day before, I had an attack of serious vertigo, which did not go away even after submission to the emergency room of hospital. During interview, Dr immediately identified the etiology of this problem and helped me. One manipulation was performed after which my condition returned to normal. I suffered so much before the visit to the doctor and what happiness it is definitely to return to a full life again. Already in the evening, my husband and I were sitting in a restaurant, and today I am active again!!!
Thank you Dr. James!!!! You are a unique specialist in your field!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DR James Kok did a really good job in removing my child's ear wax that has been there for years. Went to many other doctor before this and they only give drops to wait for the wax to drop by its own, but has failed many times because my daughters ears are really small. Went to Dr James for the very 1st time and got the 2 ears wax removed immediately on the same day. My child, left ear was also suffering from slight discharge and much flacky skin, doc James removed most of it with a suction and gave us a ear drop for the left ear, is recovering very well now. The overall experience was so good that my 8 year old daughter can hear so clearly right now. Thank you?? so much as doc James is very gentle during the process and front line receptionist are very kind and polite as well! ? Very happy and grateful ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Dr James to get my ear wax removed. Prior to seeing Dr James, I had a horrible experience with a GP who attempted to remove the ear wax. The procedure was extremely painful and I was in a lot of pain. What’s worse is that the GP couldn’t remove the ear wax at the end of the day. This is when I decided to see a specialist and came to see Dr James. He did an amazing job removing the ear wax through suction. It was a painless and smooth procedure for me, of which I also got to see in real time through the scope. The procedure was also very fast and I immediately was relieved of the pain! I wish I got to consult him sooner. He is a very patient doctor and I can see that he truly cares for all his patients. I highly recommend anyone to consult Dr James if they have any issues related to ENT. You won’t regret it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially visited Dr James because of my ear condition then he treated it accurately despite being treated by two ENT Dr previously which doesn’t solve my problem. He is indeed very knowledgeable in this field. Later he also check my nose then after he checked the it turns out the airway is quite narrow due to swelling inside the nose . He recommended a minor surgery to fix the problem. After the surgery he was quite attentive and will also follow up my condition through WhatsApp. Throughout the whole procedure Dr James really quite skillful and very happy with his advices as well.
He is also an awesome and down to earth doctor I ever met. Highly recommended ?

Read many good reviews online about Dr. James. Turns out the reviews were all accurate! Dr. James is very warm and friendly, really puts me at ease. And thank God, nothing serious or unusual was found after the scopes to my nose and throat. Very thorough check-up. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr James is superb kind, detailed and experienced. I consulted Dr James via Whatsapp for my daughter's swollen lump on neck. Before I visit him personally in clinic, he advised me to observe a little more as it is common for swelling lymph nodes due to viral infection and hence he provided me with a list of symptoms to watch out before planning to visit.
For the sake of our peaceful mind, I decided to visit Dr James and it is the best decision ever. Dr James checked on my daughter's neck and was diagnosed with cysts under the skin. He took time to write down a list of detailed explanation about the condition and treatment option and laid out any possibilities of complication to watch out in the future. He assured his patients are in good care before stepping out the door or even after the consultation, he would still send related information to us to feel safe.
We felt extremely grateful and thankful for his passion to go above and beyond to help the patients and certainly he is an ethical and passionate doctor that I've ever met.
Highly recommended Dr James for those who is looking for ENT specialist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time meeting Dr James for my daughter's parotid gland infection which was big and full of pus. You can tell by his detailed explanation alone which shows that he is a very experienced doc.
He is very gentle & attentive with his patients especially towards kids.
He helps and guides us all the way from his first treatment with my princess. He is very supportive when I was concerned with my daughter's surgery.
Till this very day he still asks on my princess' condition and we would definitely visit him for my daughter's wound dressing.
