I will rate 1 star for the doctor eddie. Not precessional at all, first time my daughter infant heat rash on the face and body, but this doctor said it is skin sensitive, give my daughter medicine sapu, but never recover, then i went to manipal, dr Joyce is super professional, she knew that is infant heat rash for baby, give me medicine, 3 days recover. Second time, we check our baby heat temperature is 36.7 degree but neck and body is much higher, we thought that is fever, we went to cosmed again to consult dr eddie, he told us that breast temperature is more accurate, then 37.7 for my baby, so he said that got abit fever, give me medicine, but after two days, we found that problem same with my baby, we went to dr Joyce at manipal again, dr joyce told us that head temperature is the most accurate way to check the temperature. So based on this two case, dr eddie is not professional at all. Third case, my daughter need to take rotavirus, and i called him yesterday morning, make appointment 6pm, he told me call before otw, because he will go for dinner at 6.30pm, but when i 5.50pm call the clinic, staff told me doctor went out for home visit. Then appointment today 6pm, but today 5.50pm call again, told me doctor went out for dinner. Ask to me come first and wait for 30 minutes. Don't know what is the point for appointment. Better go other klinik or go manipal is better. Waste my time here. Conclusion, this is just for my cases, might not applicable for other. But I just rate what he deserved.

Came here for vaccination. Place is clean but I did not like the fact that the vaccine was done in the waiting lounge instead of doing it in a room. Plus after cucuk, nurse did not give cotton wool or plaster to cover the wound. Just cucuk and say "okay can go". Be more professional pls..

Really bad admin. Before I took vaccine there they replied enquiries quickly on same day. I paid RM300 to get Sinopharm vaccine. 1st dose by doctor was good, painless. 2nd dose doctor was busy so the nurse gave the jab, was quite painful when she was injecting and my arm swollen for 3 days… so actually why we make appointment, isn’t it to book doctor’s time? How come those walk in customer get attended to first and appointment customer have to wait/attended by nurse? After 2nd dose my MySejahtera was not updated. When message them didn’t reply, message again then told me “they key in already but the system still pending, don’t worry just wait, MySejahtera will update it” ok then why can’t they just inform, why must keep asking only reply? And actually it’s their responsibility to update the vaccine details, not MySejahtera. The next week Dr Eddy WhatsApp said “their VMS system hang but don’t worry definitely will update within 2 weeks, it’s very often happen” but he will follow up my case. I waited another week still not updated. When I message them AGAIN no reply. How can system hang for so many weeks? What follow up did he do? Still nothing and leave patient hanging no idea what’s happening. Because Crosmed are so inefficient I messaged MySejahtera myself a few times, they only reply to use Helpdesk but because don’t have Sinopharm option on their form I still can’t submit a request there. Another week later still no news from Crosmed, I went to PKD they said if you paid for private vaccine at clinic they are the one should sort it out for you because Sinopharm is under private company it’s not on the govt system. So because Crosmed always didn’t reply I had to go back to the clinic to ask them to sort it out. The 3 admin staff there just frowning and said they already updated and reluctantly checking the system. Finally Dr Eddy came out and attended to my problem, he said will do a manual update - so actually there is another way to update but why admin staff didn’t do it when I asked the first time, why must wait for me to chase and chase so many weeks and have to go there to the clinic to complain then only sort it? Immediately next day the MySejahtera profile was updated, all this extra chasing was unnecessary and a waste of time, they just couldn’t be bothered to do their job properly. Then doctor said even they are a clinic but MySejahtera won’t entertain them if they email, well then how much more difficult for ordinary person to contact MySejahtera? He also said 1000 over people took Sinopharm vaccine there but didn’t have this problem… so what it’s my fault that it didn’t update? And didn’t he say before that “this is very common thing so don’t worry just wait” but now saying mine is the only case with problem - they are saying contradicting things that means they are lying. Then he said they always have new messages coming in so the old WhatsApp messages will go down then they didn’t realise haven’t reply… what kind of excuse is that, every business also has new messages coming in, it just shows your admin staff is not organised, a good admin will write on a separate list all the issues that haven’t resolved and will FOLLOW UP - how come their admin don’t know how to do their job? Always not replying is VERY BAD customer service. In the end Dr Eddy did apologise for the admin’s inefficiency, but I surely do not recommend anyone to get vaccine there. You will pay so much but once they collect the money no more customer service, you will have so much work to keep chasing them. Never trust people who keep saying “don’t worry”, reliable people won’t just give empty words, they will immediately take action to rectify what they are responsible for.
