β β β β β Visited many times and do NOT recommend it at all. Rude staff and you won't feel comfortable when being diagnosed because the 2 other staff will be watching you. Expensive medicine as well!

β β β β β Be careful of old indian doctor, he made up diagnosis without check up in the end giving wrong medication which are dangerous in case of flu. Instead of asking me questions of my health-doctor decided to talk about politics the whole time. Super unprofessional, but seems like in his age he lost his mind already.

β β β β β Credit to the most charming lady Ms Suhana . She helped a lot during the emergency case. My boss Datok Wong being snatched at the Empire City 7eleven with deep cuts. Her visiting Doctor cant understand well malay while my boss cant interact in English. She helped out translate and fast action. Other malay staff very rude and not even understand our situation while im asking about my boss condition and make a bad face on me and Datin . They cant even anwer my question n guess what she is busy play with the phone ,eating, make video calls and selfie among themselves and laughing.. the good looks like mix chinese nurse Ms Suhana treat my boss With a good medicine, vitamin and cream and also charged with a reasonable price. I recommend to this good clinic with the indian mix Dr Salim. I even bring my family to this good family clinic. My daughter suffered with a dermatitis . Ms Suhana will recommend vitamin and good supplements as well. It really works. Really hope to meet her again when i come back to Malaysia. In Shaa Allah.

β β β β β I have gone to this clinic many times. Based on my experience, I would not really recommend
1) The place is also not very clean.
2) the doctor, Dr Mohd Salim Abdullah is quite brusque and does not give the necessary information. Unless you ask questions or inform him yourself he can easily give you medication you are allergic to
3) Prices- everything is overinflated. A 5 minute consultation and a panadol prescription will set you back >50 rm

β β β β β Based on my experience, the other reviewers' experiences seem accurate.
The doctor was kind enough and provided a diagnosis, but I had to ask him several questions to get information such as prevention and treatment.
The toilet at the clinic is filthy. I've been to many public toilets in Malaysia cleaner and less smelly than their toilet. There are several toilet paper dispensers but no paper. I had to ask the nurse who took her sweet time giving me an entire 4 squares.
The doctor initially told me he would give me 2 medicines, but they ended up trying to sell me FIVE. Who needs a muscle relaxant for a headache??
Overall, by far the most expensive clinic I've ever been to in KL. Consultation + 2 prescription drugs + 2 basic medicines = RM150!
Dr Onn across the road at Empire is much better and doesn't try to over-prescribe or charge his patients. If it's within normal business hours definitely go see Dr Onn instead.

β β β β β If the doctor on duty decides to only come in when he feels like it, please change your opening hours to 'by appointment only'.
Opening hour is 8am. Nurse mentioned that doctor usually comes in 10am.
There are more than 7 clinics within the radius of 1km around, but you had an advantage because your supposed 'opening hour' is earlier than the rest. Why would people still patronise you, because by the time the doctor comes, they could have hopped over to other available clinics.

β β β β β I won't recommend this place as I had terrible experience from this clinic. There's one doctor, slightly old and big β he is good, but I hardly consulted his twice. Every other time there were doctors who seemed unprofessional and inexperienced.
When I went for a throat pain the doctor didn't take it seriously and asked me silly questions, even emphasising do you smoke (again and again), when I told him multiple times I quit long time ago.
Another time I went there to take an ECG (due to a chest pain), the doctor took the reading and told me there is some concerns in the reading and I need to go see a specialist. I got freaked out, and felt I got a heart attack or something. But I went to another clinic to confirm, and the doctor said there's nothing to worry. Later I figured out the issue was gastritis. After this incident I stopped going to this clinic.
