β β β β β At first I didnt plan to visit this clinic because of the reviews here. But I still decide to give a try since it is nearest to my house. The dr is soooo kind and patient . .. That is weird that someone said the dr is sarcastic? I found she is really kind and willing to listen my problem...and she charged me according to the budget I told herοΌbest la betul...!

β β β β β Definitely did not deserve the sarcasm from the skin specialist. You see, not many people can afford to make a visit to a skin specialist and pay RM400+ for consultation and medication. Is it not common for ordinary middle class folks who want to manage cost to consult a GP or even a pharmacist who can prescribe creams that can treat fungul infections or eczema which usually wonβt cost more than RM100? Yes, I am such a person, and if what I apply does not work for me or my family member who seems to be having fungul infection, then of course the next best option would be to seek treatment from a skin specialist from Dr Ko (in this case, the branch at 10 Boulevard along Sprint Highway), and be prepared to pay more. The last thing I need is sarcastic comments like βOh, so you are a pharmacist?β or βOh....you went to a GP....(with a tone of disapproval)β. And if I have questions to ask, it means that I genuinely want to get a specialistβs opinion - so please donβt think I am trying to be offensive to you! Most important of all, if you feel disgusted and intend to be sarcastic, you can always ask me to take the business elsewhere!

β β β β β I had 6 laser hair removal sessions here. I was told that I have the ideal hair and skin type for laser treatment. I thought it could be a one time thing, but after six treatments the hair returned. Complete waste of money. Trying to be understanding I didn't mention it at first but I could definitely see the different results on my body during several sessions with different laser therapists.

β β β β β It's easy to find parking although a bit confusing to enter the building for the first timer. The clinic is spacious and clean , with friendly staff and good service. Dr gave me an detailed explanation and personalized treatment for my skin problem. My skin improves tremendously after two treatments and its worth the money paid.
