โ โ โ โ โ Good services offered here. Premise is clean n well organized. Only that the veterinar here is too much "bookperson" - if book tell A then A it is. But the rest is okay. Some staffs also quite friendly.. Btw, this vet is open at 3pm onward on friday n sunday if im not mistaken.. Doesnt work for appointment basis i think for treatment, first come first serve basis, except for operation u can make appoinment.

โ โ โ โ โ Price of cat boarding is varies.Yesterday they didn't charge the cat sand but today they charge the cat sand. It cost about $18.00 perbag. I wonder why? Not fair.

โ โ โ โ โ First visit ever to Vaterinar and the Dr/staff really good with the pet. my cat have infection/fluid in her ear so i thought to go here. all in for RM 73 (antibiotic/eardrop/service) and for me its affordable. The second visit were done due to my cat quite wild so really need vet help again.at the end there were no charge?! i ask the receptionist again is there any additional charge for the help but she said again no charge. RM 0 spent for that second visit. i dunno if my ear were deaf or what but certainly i hear no charge, maybe due to the reason i bring the eardrop/antibiotic from 1st visit but the Dr did not use it. He use the clinic eardrop and one more injection. that means i still have the cat eardrop/antibio left. but if i misheard the receptionist,please inform me again ?

โ โ โ โ โ You want to get a really good care for your pet.. you've come to the right place.. good services all doctor are really patience even if you're cat are grumpy, most important is the price for the service, medicine all good price..

โ โ โ โ โ They are good. Caring and loving towards animals in distress. My cat is terminally ill so i visit this clinic very often. Each time it was there, the cat received full attention and treatment. The vets are really concerned about my cat's condition and they did everything within their expertise to keep it comfortable and get the best treatment. They never suggested euthanasia. The cat is surviving and lives to fight on.

โ โ โ โ โ Had worst nightmare sending my cats here for grooming. My cats seem super stressed and terrified after collecting them. Their fur looks greasy and rougher. I requested for some fur trimming on my catsโ toe beans, but nothing was done. Also, my cats are not fully dried when I picked them up. So disappointed, never sending my cats here for grooming anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ I went there last week to bring my sick cat for a treatment. The waiting time is quite long, around 30min due to many customers. The price is affordable. But the staff arenโt that friendly.
