★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor straight up prescribed a class 1 superpotent steroid for my less-than-a-year old baby. CLOBETASOL. Previously other clinic only prescribes less potent, class 7 steroid.
No wonder if the skin condition would improve faster. But the side effect possibly worser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever my child is not well, we will seek treatment at this clinic. The reason is the doctor will explain with patience (the conditions and what medicine to treat). But not this time, the assistant didn't inform the instruction of how to prepare the powder form antibiotic, which I only got to know when I reached home. I called to confirm but the phone was not pick up.(didn't know that they won't pick up after 3.30pm until I return to the clinic the next day). Luckily, there is an instruction leaflet inside the box. The next day, I return to exchange the antibiotic (my child is having trouble taking the fluid medicine) to tablet form, I was given a wrong info on taking the medicine. The medicine given is supposed to swallow but the assistant told me that it is chewable. As I was unable to contact the clinic, I reconfirm with a pharmacy. I was so shocked. I left a message at the voice mail box of their clinic line (clinic closed). I am glad the doctor response the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly nurses and Dr Serena, she herself is very professional and very friendly.. She shares her experience with her kids which is helpful for new parent like me.. Will definitely go again to this clinic if my child need a doctor’s advice?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for 2.5 hrs before reach my son's turn. Lots of patients and Dr seems to spend more time per patient. She (Dr) is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best paeds consultant ever encountered. Baby came with high fever and was attended quickly. Got referred to local hospital which acknowledged her expertise without any consultation payment. Clinic even called back after a few days to check up on baby. Friendly doctor who explains A-Z to the parents! Love the doc.
Newcomers; clinic is always packed as it is very famous in the area. Should expect delay being attended. Please be patient.
Recommendation : clinic should accept cashless payment and impose numbering system like any other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Serena herself is very knowledgeable & professional, attentive to the patients, shared a lot of good tips and advices as well as super friendly with the kids and parents. She prescribed good medicines for my son who showed good improvement immediately after the treatment. The only setback would be the waiting period because this clinic seems to be very popular among the parents around this area, so expect high number of patients everyday. I had to wait for almost 2 hour before my son’s turn eventhough I came quite early in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and knowledgeable dr. Patient with the kids and took the time to answer all questions that were asked. She referred my child to proceed treatment to a hospital pakar and even sent a follow up message asking the update on my child's health. All her treatment and medicine given are always on point and effective. The place is always crowded for a reason: simply the best dr in the area. Thank you Dr. Serena and all of the friendly staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a very wide knowledge doctor, knows, and most importantly, let parents know on her treatment plan. treat kids very well and i can say you surely will have full trust on her when you see what she is doing. patiently listens to parent's explanation and try to put herself in parent's shoes instead of just saying - 'aaah its normal' like most of the peads that i met. she will instead answer your questions with facts.
cons:
-very very long waiting time. kids can be very cranky when they are sick and it will better if clinic can allow patient to call and book their slot through phone call.
-quite hard to find parking, and if you secure a parking, dont forget the coupons , MBSA office is just 1 min walk from the clinic
