β β β β β I have know Dr Ooi for many years and he is very knowledgeable in giving medical advice on health matter and seeing patient with great care and patience.Its very rare in nowadays to have a doctor who is kind and caring towards his patients.The staff in the clinics also very friendly and experience to handle customer.
I will definitely come and visit again!!

β β β β β I have seen Dr Low and she cares for her patient a lot. She is straightforward so that you know what to do to take care of your health. Now, her son is also seeing patients and he is Super nice who will explain your disease to you well. He is very knowledgeable and the medications used are good.

β β β β β The clinic is nice and clean. Staffs follow the SOP regarding the Covid 19 pandemic
The staff from the front desk is nice and friendly
The doctor is very friendly and patient when comforting the patient during the surgery and explaining clearly regarding the patients condition
The doctor is also very honest to provide the medicine which is needed (not like some doctors to give lots of medicines to earn money) and shows good concerns of the patients body conditions as well
A very good experience of seeing the doctor here.

Today bring my client go for Great Eastern Life Insurance Application body check up , this clinic is 1 of panel clinic
Comment on Doctor , Staff , Environment :
1.Doctor - my client feedback doctor young and patience , will slowly and smoothly explain to patient all the questions , it really GOOD ~~~
2.Staffs/Nurse - Miss Lee is polite and efficient , i call the clinic 8.55am , she already in the clinic and answer my call
all OTHER surrounding clinic open 10am or 12.30pm ..... Client need fasting 10 hours before go for blood test , how to wait till 10am or 12.30pm only blood test..... ???
This clinic have another 2 Muslim female staffs as well , which can serve for female Muslim patient.
3.Enviroment - Renovation still quite new , environment is clean and tidy
* Strongly recommend all Insurance Agent / Manager / MDRT / COT / TOT / Financial Advisor , bring your client go to this clinic for check up
** Strongly recommend all patient come to consult this doctor as well ~~~

Nurse at front counter very bubbly and cheerful with alot of energy, good to keep the customers cheerful.
