β β β β β I came at 3 and the receiptionist said the clinic is going to close already. I said to her that my 1yo baby been vomitting. She then replied vomit or not, we're close already. The receiptionist don't even have courtesy to say she will ask the doctor first. It's a baby, and been vomitting. And you're pediatric clinic. Do have some common sense. If you really want to close at 3, you should change your service time in Google (4pm) so people won't go!!!!

β β β β β A place where my daughter always go for her check up and also monthly jabs. Friendly and helpful staffs. Dr Wong is one my favourite as she is very informative and gives samples of milk powder and rice cereals to try out.
Do avoid Mondays as they will have more patients than usual due to their Sunday off.

β β β β β I highly do not recommend this clinic, done my blood test but cannot know what my blood test result is. The appointment also suddenly reschedule! Never can meet a doctor! Call many times to take my blood test result just entertain me on call but at last, also don't receive the result! I paid for nothing! No doctor to see but at least give me blood test result!

β β β β β A Children Specialist Clinic with experience doctor. Price is on the high side but it's effective. Expect a wait here as it's usually packed and parking is very limited here.

β β β β β What I don't understand is, if you think the patient sitting in front to you is not important , why see her/him. It was my first visit to see Dr Hew..he was more interested in keying in the information on the computer, while I was explaining my issues , he was on his whatsapp and then picked up a call even without saying excuse me. A complete waste of time and only to see Dr Hew as he just doesn't seem interested in giving any answers to my questions.. in the middle of my talking he walked out. Please do not go and see him...oh yeah I am not a chinese maybe that's why I was not important. Also Dr Hew needed to refer to a book on medicines to prescribe a fungal infection cream ?

β β β β β The nurse named Cindy is very rude and no manners. Very rude towards 4 months old infant and caused baby bleed and very lansi attitude! Management pls take action against such rude attitude. Dr Wong is friendly and good but why employ such mental assistant! So rude and refuse to apologise..she think she is the boss? Sack her!

β β β β β My experience was pleasant. Brought my son there to see Dr Wong (Paeds), she was really good and professional. Very detailed explanation. Her nurses were great too. I came all the way from USJ recommended by a friend. Hard to find good doctors like that now, i have tried a couple highly reviewed paeds in Subang but nothing as good as this. Really glad i found this doctor. They are using appointment system which is great due to covid times. Keep up the good work
