There is a female Medical Officer who is ego/pretentious/arrogant with the patient..please value the way the Doctor communicates with the patient..we came to get treatment..the way of talking that is ego..Please Mediviron top management check the communication basics of your medical staff..17.04 .2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was very slow everytime I come here. Sejam menunggu tu biasa dah walaupun takde orang. Tak faham apa tah yg dorang buat ramai² kat dalam. Don't mention about the receptionist, memang out. Berapa kali datang pun service out.
Gigihkan datang sini jugak time tak sihat sebab fikir dekat dengan rumah je & panel clinic. Please improve.
Service was very slow everytime I come here. An hour of waiting is normal even if there are no people. I don't understand what you're doing to so many people inside. Don't mention about the receptionist, it's out. How many times did the service out come.
Persist in coming here, it's also an unhealthy time because I think it's close to the house and panel clinic. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very sarcastic doctor.. been here twice and Her attitude is horrible.. we asked medical questions because we're not adept in medications and Her replies will always be sarcastic. Very annoyed.. Never coming back here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional attitude from the receptionist. Should you are carrying the Mediviron name, you could at least uphold its standard. Price for consultation and a strip of medicine cost a whooping RM70 bucks. Definitely not worth it with the professionalism. Will definitely not coming back to this place

My 1st visit, doctor pertama tu baik sgt. Giving advice and good check up. Dah doctor baik of course u will remember the face kan.
And 2nd visit i dpt doctor ke 2, my 2nd visit tu sbb my ubat habis, and need to check up before dpt ubat. Tapi masa jumpa tu, the 2nd female doctor ni bercakap mcm i ni tak care sgt about about myself, dah tu kenapa i kat klinik tu if i tak care about myself??? Then i did say, before this i dpt doctor lain, and she said "takde.. mmg u jumpa i and u didn't follow what i say" and i jadi What??!! Hello this is my 1st time jumpa u ??♀️
She cakap lagi mcm2, i da malas nak dgr. I dpt ubat i, after that happened i never go back to that clinic anymore.
