★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed with the staff. The doctor was good but the staff a big No! Me and my sister were waiting for ONLY reference letter and it took them about 30 minutes to get it done and when we asked at the counter the staff simply say "Oh I forgot, have a seat first and wait " Wow, we waited long enough just for a reference letter. I'm very very very much disappointed. And they even gave me stupid excuses like the printer didn't work well bla bla bla. Instead of giving such excuses why don't you just apologise for you carelessness. Plus they didn't even bother to say sorry. Unbelievable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm truly disappointed with the consultation. I came because I was truly sick. But the dr are too lazy to examine me, just looking from far. no history taking are taken. No explanation are made, only giving me aspirin and lozenges?? I didn't come for an mc, I didn't come to waste my money. I have to go to other clinic the next day, which is far more better.

This is the worst clinic i've ever been. first time i went there, doctor was busy watching football premier. this time, the doctor is busy watching spongebob squarepants. Their eyes were glued on the screen and treated patients halfheartedly. Receptionist and doctors are not doing their job professionally. Heres the highlight of my visits:
1)1 year ago visit - The consultation was less than 2 mins, unbelievable. He asked me whats the color of my cough flame and how long has it been. when i said its yellow-green and its been 4 days, right away he said "ok, i will prescribe you antibiotic." No checking temperature and check lungs sounds. NOTHING. thats how the consultation got so short.
2)Visit two times in Apr/May 2019) - Been having swollen tonsils for 1 week and antibiotic that was previously prescribed didnt work. So i need to revisit as my condition has gone worse. He just said that i've got no fever (so im fine) and prescribed me extra 3 days of antibiotic. The consultation was less than 4 mins
I was not convinced with his consultation, went to another clinic, they said i got tonsil inflammation and prescribed me alot of useful meds and no antibiotic. My condition improved in 2 days.
Conclusion: Everyone chooses this clinic bcause Mediviron is a panel clinic and location is convenient. But please, do not go to this clinic. you will only waste your money and time. No matter how small or big your condition are, they will definitely prescribe you antibiotic, doesnt matter whether you have viral/bacteria infection. they wont bother to consult you properly to even know what infection you're having. Also, they will only prescribe you 1 visit=1 MC; doesnt matter how dying you are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and bad consultation. The Dr. name is Dr Harun. This guy is kinda arrogant and lazy to consult. It's better for him to retire rather serve the patient. Just avoid this clinic at all cost.
