★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt Dr Indira is one very experienced, knowledgeable and caring doctor.
However the overall experience is a total let down. Theres no receptionist to take your details, so there's the long wait as the Dr is attending to patients. In this era, it's also unacceptable for accepting cash as the only form of payment. I can understand that if it's for small transactions, but I had to make RM700++ in total in cash. This is further frustrated with no itemised billing which is substituted with a barely legible hand scribbled receipt.
Also there is the very obvious run down clinic interior in the middle of a bustling SS2 town. Finally, I was extremely taken aback for the very expensive consultation charges. I was charged more than what I paid in year 2019 for a specialist cardiologist consultant charges at KPJ Damansara.
