Please dont come here folks. Had my blood drawn for a test and came back with swollen veins and bruises! The counter lady was so rude! and the doctor too.

Overpriced! I didn't expect gastric pain to cost me rm199! 5min consultation. I told them I didn't bring enough cash and if they accept card, the reception told me to choose amongst the medicines to see if there is any i dont need! I am shocked!

WORST CLINIC EVER!!! I wanna rate it ZERO star!! I visited the clinic on 1 May due to gastric pain. A lot of the other clinics were closed. DOCTOR WAS VERY RUDE AND IMPATIENT! I WOULD GIVEN HIM A SLAP IF I COULD!!! PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS CLINIC!!! Cost me **RM120** JUST FOR GASTRIC PAIN! OMG! Daylight robbery!!!

Went there once during the start of lockdown, i went to seek treatment on my abscess since the usual clinic i go to is closed that day. The indian male doctor asked me to remove my face mask to talk to him. which i think its weird. and when I told him about my previous surgical abscess extraction on my stomach, he asked me to show him, he kept touching and stroking my scar while asking me unrelated questions. I just pulled my shirt back down, cuz I felt its unnecessary and weird. The whole experience was creepy and expensive af. 10/10 wouldnt recommend.

When I read the review I was thinking how bad it can be. At my surprise, yes it is very bad. One example is we didn’t take a medicine from them as we have it at home, they refuse to give us the dosage as they were quite unhappy we didn’t take from them. You are a clinic, not a pharmacy. It’s very obvious they want to profit from medicine (which they charge quite expensive) and not from consultation.

I got research online like FOURSQUARE and LOW YAT FORUM, most likely this clinic like to over charge patient, neither MALAYSIAN or NON-CITIZEN, I found complaints like 150-180 they complaint said 5mins consultation with some med doesn’t worth that price. I’m not trying to be judgmental, but I got charge 270+ for med paste, antibiotic, cough med and 5 mins consultation…. We felt that we’re over charged so we decided to cut down the med and only taking antibiotic(rm108), med paste(rm70) and consultation fee (rm35), Judge by yourself.

I don’t know why this clinic can still exist. Exorbitant prices given its rundown condition, no air-conditioning and mediocre service. Consultation fee alone was RM60, medication prices is double or triple the price elsewhere. If I were to go elsewhere for a normal sickness like flu, sore throat, rashes, etc, probably I will be charged RM60-70 only but here I paid RM130. Also, something really disgusting particularly in times of Covid, the doctor actually use a metal tongue depressor to check my throat and after using, it was placed back into a cup of water! So it is likely that the tool has been reused throughout the day and probably only washed during closing. Seriously? Isn’t it likely that the germs/bacteria from the previous patient might pass on to the next one! When the doctor inspect a female patient (lift up clothes to check chest or back area or other private parts), it is normal that they will call the nurse in to be present but he didn’t.

I hope I read the reviews here before going to this clinic, the reviews here are all true, just the consultation fee is RM50, and the cost of washing a small wound is RM160. The nurse told me that the reason is because the doctor washes it for me personally, It would be cheaper if a nurse washes the wound. If so, why not post a price list and let the customer decide whether they want a doctor or a nurse to wash the wound? Not everyone is rich or can afford, I feel as if I have been ripped off by this clinic, plus antibiotics and 4 painkillers total amount is RM360, I keep asking myself, do other clinics have the same price? At the end, I refuse to take the antibiotic and painkillers because they accept cash only but I do not have enough cash in my wallet. After checking on the Internet, I found out that the reviews of this clinic are so bad, and many have encountered the same problems. In the end, I can only blame myself for making the wrong decision. I advise everyone to read the reviews before making a any decision in future. Finally, I would like to ask, is it possible to file a complaint with MCMC in such a case? I want to give this clinic NEGATIVE -5 STARS!
