★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I REALLY HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT YOUR CLINIC. THE X-RAY PROSES HURTING ME, BUT THE.YOUNG GIRL DR NOT EVEN CARE. THEN WHEN IN THE.PROSES OFF PULLING IFF THEBACK TEETH, SHE CANT FIND MY NERVE AND INJECT MEDIC FOR TWO TIMES... AND SHE ALSO HURTING MY MOUTH, I NEED TO TAKE SIX PAIN KILLER AFTER THE TREATMENT. AND I AM NOW HAVING MOUTH INJURY AND FEELING REALLY PAINFUL.AND I CANT FEEL THE CARE OF THE DR TOWARDS PATIENT, I FEEL LIKE I AM A MOUSE BEING USED FOR HER TRAINING. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Safwan is very very nice and friendly. I don’t really visit the dentists cus I’m really scared but he tends to all patients very gently. First time datang rasa macam nursery or tadika and it’s quite small. Treatment room pun ada satu je. I wish they could respect people’s time. I waited for more than 1 hour for my treatment. They called other people’s names first while it’s supposed to be my turn. But overall memang ok sebab Dr. Safwan and Dr. Dira baik sangat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was good but I am really frustated with the matters happened finally for myself. I did Gigi palsu there since last year somewhere October 2021 until now 24/3/22 nothing changes not in good terms. Really felt frustated.. expecting myself keep repeating to be there for adjustment... how pun and suffer myself ... nothing follow up from them... I trying to be nice and explained to the doctor but finally the doctor Ms Vijaya no result or option for this matters... Allah swt know the truth I facing ... duit dah habis not cheap but end up failed... my have to take most of the time to be there more than 10 times keep repeating to be there ... waiting for long and wasting my time... I working need to out to be there ... I facing trouble ... May Allah swt helping this dental... maybe I not lucky enough to have a good terms but anyhow thanks to the staff to f the kindness ... Alhamdullilah ????????????

Firstly, i did asked beforehand if the filling can be done when we went in the room, upon your dentist agreed she proceed with the filling. If time was a constrait why did you agree at first if you cant do a good complete job?
Also though i arrived at 11.45 i still had to wait before your other patient was out which took around 20 mins above, now dont tell me a job in done in 15 mins please.

17/4 - Bad service by the dentist, told her to do patching before starting the job, end up only did up and the below ones she asked to fix another appointment cz she has too many patients. Dont gv appointments to many people if you cant handle them at once. Not everyone is free to set appointments frequently. So when people told u what to do at once you should have done it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best dentist in puchong! Service was professional, procedures were explained nicely before, Dr Vijaya was helpful to answer any questions. Very happy with the results. The staffs were also friendly. Will stick with Bandar Puteri Dental Clinic for a really long time :).
