They have background music play during the session which is helpful if you are type of person that always scared of dental appointment. This place meets my expectation. Will definitely come again.

I come again for the second time everything is good and I recommend to all with dentabay. Good job ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe im just unlucky. My appointment is on 9.30 and they ask me to come about 15 minutes early and i did that. About 40 minutes waiting then the staff told me that the Dr. didnt arrive yet due to traffic. Directly cancel my appointment. If the doctor didnt arrive yet you need to inform me by the time i enter your clinic. I understand every person have their own problem but please respect my time. Note the reception stafd, dont afraid to communicate with you client even though it is a bad situation. Just tell your client the truth so that they are not wasting their time. Bad experience for my first impression to this clinic. Very very dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my daughter to do check up here. Doctor is child-friendly and I like how she approach and made my daughter comfortable before she do the procedure. Quite pricey for only floride treatment apply on my daughter Upper teeth (not whole) but charged RM80. But overall services are great.
