Her first dentist at another place didn't explain much except recommended flexi denture.
Dr Michelle on the other hand, took the time to explain the condition of her teeth, differences between different types of normal denture, metal denture and flexi denture. She also took time to clean up the teeth and leaving decision to my mum whether to proceed with denture. Highly professional. Mum is happy and comfortable with how Dr Michelle explained each step of the process before she proceed with her handiwork. Very attentive, very detailed. Highly satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Michelle is very professional and it's nice when a dentist discuss with you what to do with your teeth. Tooth filling done by her has no feeling of pain or sensitive at all, that's how good she is. And she is so skillful that she does scaling so well and quick. Definitely recommend Dr Michelle as she's by far the best dentist I've found in Setapak ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Michelle is pleasant & bubbly - the kind you can make friends with. So immediately you would feel at ease - important for me as this is my 1st time with this dentist. She explained everything before doing any procedure. Attentive & a good listener too. In short, I’ll surely come here again & will bring my son along too :) Oh ya price is considered standard rates. So ya here goes.. 5 star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff very happy and concerning on how nervous I was when I'm about to fix my tooth. And all they did was calm me down and make me relax. The doctor was very gentle and pleasant nature. Overall experience made me feel comfortable and feel like I can return for my dental treatment.
