★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I did my braces with Dr Fazli. Worse clinic in term of time management, bad service and the worst deed of all is that they not informing to the patient thoroughly regarding their service charge. I think every month i waste my time waiting for the Dr to arrived for every check up and i wonder if i really get my money's worth each time i did the check up.
So, as one of the former patient of dr fazli, i really will never recommend this clinic especially if you planning to use braces.

Did my braces here and this is the worst clinic ever. The queue is always long and they don't provide any appointment basis. The queue waiting normally takes 2-3 hours. Imagine if you're staying in different state and you missed one visit, you will pay double including the one you missed. I had never experience this kind of dental clinic before this. This dentist would never considerate about you. It is just him (Dr Fadzli) making money without care about your treatments. AND SOMETIMES THIS DENTIST WILL CLOSE HIS CLINIC WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. OR HE WILL CLOSE THIS CLINIC WHEN THERE'S NO PATIENTS LEFT. JUST FOLLOW YOUR OPERATION HOURS, IT'S NOT THAT DIFFICULT RIGHT?
Other than that, let's say your If your teeth are back in line, this dentist will loosen your teeth again until your service has completed with him. Or, he will ask the patient to pay lump sum the balance of the months that left for your braces treatment. Crazy right?
I asked this dentist why do my wisdom tooth on both sides are not putting on braces? He scolded me and thought that just because he is a doctor he knows everything. He's so unprofessional and 'scammed' his patients' money.
DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP DEPOSITS THIS DENTIST OFFERS. DON'T BE FOOLED BY HIS CLINIC FACEBOOK REVIEWS (MOST OF THE REVIEWS WERE FOREIGNERS). EVEN HE DOESN'T DESERVE 1 RATING.
