โ โ โ โ โ Susah sangat untuk mengguna system appoinment. Tolong buat perubahan supaya pesakit dapat membuat temujanji. Sampai bulan jun fully booked? Then bila boleh datang? Tahun depan ke apa?
It is very difficult to use the appointment system. Please make changes so that patients can make an appointment. Until June fully booked? Then when can I come? Next year to what?

โ โ โ โ โ Sistem appointment mengarut.. Sekarang bulan 5, tapi dah full booked sampai bulan 8, dahtu acanooo.. Pernah sekali booked sbb nak buat scalling, pergi masa tarikh booked tu, bukan boleh buat rawatan terus, just daftar dan check sahaja, buang masa betul. Lepastu kena book tarikh lain.. Jenuh laa kita nak buat rawatan murah, tapi servis macam ni.. Nak pergi swasta kena pikiaq empat lima kali
The appointment system is ridiculous .. Now it's month 5, but it's fully booked until month 8, dahtu acanooo .. Once booked so I want to do scaling, go to the time of the booked date, can't do the treatment directly, just register and check, waste the right time . Then we have to book another date .. We're tired of wanting to do cheap treatment, but this kind of service .. If we want to go private, we have to ask four or five times

I fixed appointment for my senior citizen parents (mom 10.45am and Dad 11.45am). I arrived at 10.50am coz of parking was too full. At first, I was quite disappointed because waited more than an hour (12pm) from the appointment time until i voice out at the counter. They immediately checked and called my parents in. They should have asked us since only 3 of us was sitting at waiting area for so long. All the disappointment gone after met the Drs. The Drs there really great..They explained very well about my old parents condition and advise me what i should do next. I can't remember the both Drs name. She extracted my moms tooth without any pain and was so fast. For their awesome service and patient care, I'll definitely bring my parents there again for followup and regular checkup.

โ โ โ โ โ First of all, the doctors, assistants at the frontline and specialist treated me well.
But when it comes to the nurses at the counter upstairs, they really make me shocked. She didnt even check the numbering systems condition.
I kept entering the wrong rooms and she didn't even care and was just focusing on her gossip at the counter.

โ โ โ โ โ Had an appointment today. Overall process is smooth. Advised to come at least 30min earlier because u need to line up before they let u into the clinic, and there's also the registration process for first-timers.
Honestly was a bit nervous when I reach there, but my attending lady doctor is friendly, knowledgeable, & skillful. I feel safe & comfortable throughout the consultation & extraction process. She explained everything clearly. And the best thing is, the extraction process is โจpainlessโจ.
Will definitely come here again for my next dental session. ?
