β β β β β For any new mum-to-be and wishes to register for their first pink book here, remember to book appointment online before coming straight here, and remember to book EARLY as the slots seems to fill up pretty quickly.
Didn't manage to go through the check up since I am not aware of the appointment system, I can only comment the nurse at registration counter is polite :)

β β β β β Yes. I have to admit that there are a lot of people as this is a token fee health service by the government. If I want to save money, I wouldn't mind wait a little as the cost is near to nothing.
We can't expect good service for low cost and a long queue.
I find the staffs here to be friendly and hard working. They tried their Best to attend to every patient. Patience is all you need to get the free health care for all.

β β β β β Came early 11 they said closed come at 2pm! In Q for nombor giliran at 1.50pm but counter and doctor comes at 2.10pm open counter pesakit luar! And it was hot sun long Q with elders n kids standing in hot burning sun! Is this call goverment puntuality? Very bad

β β β β β My experience was excellent, i went to enquiry about baby vaccination appointment for my new born baby, the staff nurse at the front door table assisted me to make the online appointment on the spot and in few clicks it was done, terima kasih staff nurse??

β β β β β Worst experience at this clinic especially for jabatan gigi for not allowed for walk in even though have said i had a pain and need an immediate treatment...with Quemed fully booked until Sept what are the chances to have as cheap treatment as a tax payer to let you lazy staffs to enjoy during daytime to makan Dan tidur without any work.Hope the klinik director read this.,c.c Health minister

β β β β β If you're going in for a medical examination, you have to make an appointment online before visiting. My appointment was at 10:30am, I arrived at 9 and there was no parking, as expected, I had to park at the side of the road.
The entire process was ok, lots of walking around trying to find the correct people and room to go to. Staff were friendly enough but be ready for a lot of waiting, there will be a lot of other people there.
For a 10:30am appointment, the whole process took until roughly 2pm. By that time, the front doors were already locked and the whole place was empty.
Overall, it was a typical government clinic experience. Go in early and wait a ton.
