★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a bad experience with a lady doctor just now. Her questions are all accusatory instead of empathy.
Example, she asked how much water I drink.
I answered 4 bottles 1.5L normally, but her tone accuses me as though I'm lying.
Definitely bad experience, used to be great under a young Dr Ravi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service.... Went to Klinik and waited so long.... The reception lady asked me what is the problem, I told her having flu only, no fever o soar throat. Ask me to sit at a corner and wait .... Then waited for more than half and hour.... Then called me and asked me to do RTK test before see doctor. I bring my kids together to check as well. Both have flu only. She asked me to do RTK test for 3 of us. Then only can see doctor. What a tectic to earn money. Plus I told the flu is juz started last night. If I do RTK test also it's a waste. If covid means only can know after 3 days and more. This one also don't know. No wonder I saw other klinik full of patterns. Only this klinik, only 2 ppl were waiting. Now I know the reason. The thing is why don't you tell me earlier. I would have find my way. Let us wait for so long with kids. Really disappointed. As for me, why u open the klinik for. Juz closed the klinik. Very Bad Service and very bad attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to do swab test for my 3yr old son, The Dr Samirtha very friendly and handle my son well. She explained to me clearly about the swab test process, the whole swab test process went on smoothly. The other staffs also very kind. Thank God the result is negative.
