★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think there's a change in management. Previously was klinik genesis but now is healthjunction. Anyway I went there for backpain. Got a painkiller injection then did urine test, likely kidney stone. The doctor was very friendly and explain very well. She check properly and test didnt simply said muscle problem and gave medicine like the previous clinic i went. She even did scan to look for stoneNot many can do that in clinic. Then she gave meds for the pain and to clear the stone as well as advice how to avoid it happening again. The staff were also friendly.
P.s clinic doesnt look like ordinary clinic. Look modern and classy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Nithiyah is a very friendly doctor. She answer my worries patiently. She also very empathy with my situation and gave me lots of advice. Now she is my family doctor and all of my family will consult Dr Nithiyah when they are not feeling well. Done swab test there too and I would say Dr Nithiyah is the most gentle doctor doing swab on me. A very comfortable clinic environment and welcoming staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am here for the blood test, Dr nithiyah is awesome and very professional she give me good explanation for my blood test report ,the staff is so friendly ,the environment is very presentable . I had a very good experience in this clinic . After this it will be my first choice clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum came here for a PCR test at 11.50am and they refused to do it because they wanted to go for lunch. Told her to come back after 2pm, which she did at 4pm, and again they refused saying the lab had closed for the day. For both times she made the journey there, I don't understand why they couldn't just take the sample first even if it meant a longer turnaround time than promised? Truly horrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get my booster shot. Had a pleasant experience as the staff were incredibly friendly, doctors were helpful as they walked to my car to vaccine my mum who is a disabled person. Highly recommended to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, don't go there for PCR test if you are traveling. The results was not updated at mysejahtera and they failed to update it. They even ask customer to manually update at mysejahtera or call the lab to update it. We paid for your service and this lousy service is provided! Better we go directly to the lab for PCR instead of go thru them!

I must commend Dr. Lim Anzhi for her professionalism; she followed up with me after a week to check on my husband and made sure we were referred appropriately for further tests etc. Waiting time isn't too bad and their charges are very reasonable. Nurses are very friendly too. Thank you, Dr. Lim!
