The receptionist has to be more professional and understand what questions to ask.
It is a panel for most of the MNC companies in Penang island. However, the staff is like blur blur case…
I would stay in open air while waiting my turn. Sadly they don’t install the number or call screen outside the premises which also the waiting hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Doctor is totally good. But the service from registration staff are so bad. First, the staff keep doing video call during handling patient, she keep talking about the patient and assume I don't understand the language. Second, she asking my my ID by moving her hands, even asking my company ID which is confidential, and I never met a clinic asking my batch ID or employee ID while registering. Third, one of the staff not wearing a mask while giving my meds. Fourt, the staff asking another patient why he late to pick the meds with a high voice. Suggetion, the clinic have an opportunity to get improve if the staff can work professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with a painful hemorrhoid because most clinic close at public holiday.
Chinese male doctor did not perform check up. Just solely on patient statement, he decided to give me antibiotics only to eat. Ask me to come 3 days later if no changes, to do surgery and cut the boil! Throughout the conversation he look lazy and uninterested to ask further question and just focus on his computer.
Went to another clinic to get a 2nd opinion because I was worried, and doctor do a proper checkup. Question why this clinic simply give medicine and simply2 ask patient to cut boils. He also told me it was mild issue and can be resolved with just another medicine. True enough after 2 days the hemorrhoid went away.
I will advise anyone to be very cautious and not come to this unethical clinic if you have complications that may require surgery. It is very obvious in other review that this clinic already got very bad reputation and their service never improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is slow here. getting your medicine after seeing the doctor will take more then 10 minutes. gap between 1 patient to another to see the doctor also long. i will definitely choose other clinic if not because this clinic is the only panel for my company. the surrounding is dirty with bio waste not properly managed.
