β β β β β Bad experience on talking with the receptionist who shows attitude and not welcoming. Made a call on Monday to check whether the appointment of vaccination can be earlier and the person on duty allowed us to come around 10am for the appointment.
An Indian lady, as the doctor/ nurse/ receptionist, without checking or any sort of confirmation, rejected us on the spot. I would feel much better if I was told the vaccine is not ready yet or some sort of confirmation could be carry out, instead of giving rude response and bad attitude.
Please look into it, thank you.
