Clerk service is very rude to patients .. Doctor friendly but doesn't check anything ... Just for imagination! Not recommended

โ โ โ โ โ Ever since they changed the clinic, this doctor are like so simply look and talk to the patient. They used to be Klinik Lee & Keluarga, that doc is so so so much better and he always have the passion when he's talking to the patient.

โ โ โ โ โ Lousy clinic. Been there twice because the nearby clinic that I usually go was closed.
Doctor not professional, just simply ask whatโs your problem and thatโs it, without further asking details.
Second time I went, the nurse attitude was so bad! I stand there for 10 minutes and there was no nurse at the registration counter. I called up the clinic number and no one bothers to pick up, after 10 minutes the nurse came out to the counter and saw me, but she still doesnโt even bother me, and walked away. Fine, I walked away and NEVER come back.

Went there because of body aches & not fit to work so I need MC to rest but no fever whatsoever.
2nd day I still feel very weak and need more rest so I went to this clinic again BUT the doc accused me of lying for MC. I tried explaining many times that Iโm feeling very weak so itโs not possible for me to work, just because you canโt detect any fever means Iโm lying right?! Anyway, this cold blooded doc donโt trust me and gave me HALF DAY MC!!! SPEECHLESS!! If you canโt try to care for your patient, why the FXCK did you become doc at first place?
