β β β β β This post refers specifically to the cafeβs food delivery services.
Yesterday, I had, on behalf of my family, ordered a set of mix berries pies, mango pies, lemon pies and Banoffee pies to be delivered to a relative as a thank you gift.
While I can overlook the late responses and delivery due to the large number of orders the cafe is currently dealing with, and tolerate the less-than-ideal condition the box was delivered in (dented sides and cramped pies), I would like to bring to managementβs attention the request we made during the order, that is, the message that I had typed out to be included together with the delivery. The message informed the recipient of the delivererβs identity, and came with well wishes.
We would have most appreciated if the cafe was able to include the message, failing which to at least inform us that the message was not included. However, since the cafe did not include the message and did not let us know, nor provided any notification that the pies had been delivered, we were left with a puzzled relative who had to guess who had sent her pies and call people up to find out, while we did not know she had received them.
Management, really look forward to improvements with regards to taking delivery orders.
In the meantime, thank you for taking my order and delivering the pies safely. Wishing your team a happy new year.

β β β β β Beautiful decorated cafe with nice ambiance. As you enter the cafe you could smell coffee and something sweet is baking in the oven . Love the jazz music. They serve really good coffee and cakes . My favourite is the lemon pie and apple butterscotch cake . So so good!

An array of different desserts, and they are not stingy with their portions.

β β β β β Great layout and interior design, good place to take pics. Lovely pandan cakes, victoria sandwich cake and surprisingly nice chocolate chip cookies. Coffee was awesome! Nice view of the fountain from the cafe.

Spent a couple of hours in this pleasant cafe with a couple of friends. Ordered the souffle omelette on toast (delicious light fluffy omelette with cheese and spinach), buttermilk pasta with clams (a bit rich and strong tasting), key lime pie (excellent) and chocolate fingers (great texture). The last two were just delivered and tasted fresh. Service could be better - even though there were only 2 tables of customers and we were sat neat to the counter where the staff could see us, we had to gesture to them for attention. They should also update their opening times etc on Google.
