The Ward nurses , Dr Patricia was really awesome . Rooms are pretty run down and not maintained well ; Otherwise is Good . The Deposit Refund service is a real headache and takes too long . Too much manual in this automated world ???

PCR for travelling abroad. Paid in advance for PCR drive-thru. No drive-thru setup on appointment date. Had to do walk-in registration. Next day, had to call KPJ to get result. Long wait till someone on PCR department picked the phone. Didn't receive the final copy. Their system was having problem. Was told to walk-in to get final result. Eventually got an email on the final result. Basically, it was a bad experience. A private hospital selling services but can't deliver. Staff were polite and nice though. Hope management can plan & execute better.

I would like to know whether this so-called prestigious hospitals send their customer service staff for proper CS trainings or not. And do they also undergo refresher courses thereafter? Very bad customer service from the two staff (one female & one male) at the front counter of the KPJ Tawakkal Dental Centre!! I really think they should be transferred elsewhere and do desktop jobs rather than to man the front service counter. They really create bad impressions of your hospital & KPJ as a whole actually. The female staff sounded courteous earlier (over the telephone) but she turned out to be fake later when I actually demanded the male staff to follow-up with the TPA for my GL's application (after waiting for ONE HOUR)! Both lack interpersonal skills but the male staff seemed more unfriendly, unhelpful, unsympathetic from the very start. I saw many many bad reviews regarding the customer service & operational processes in the main KPJ Tawakkal Specialist Centre's google page too. So I really hope our reviews will NOT go unnoticed by the Management & by the holding company. Thank you

Extremely bad sevice ever!! Admission took 1 hour. Single room in Carnation Ward was in bad condition, high frequency vibration sound from the aging air conditioner making me sleepless after my surgery here. I have to put on my headphone to sleep. The food served was tasteless and very dull. Gave me gardenia bun for tea?? Come on.. I paid for this room and surgery and the least they could do is provide decent food to their customers. I was scheduled for discharge at 12.30 noon but the process was not done even until now..(9.00pm).. what the heck is going on here? Terrible services..please do not come here again guys. You will regret it.

Hospitalized here and using company insurance. Need to pay upfront rm500 (capitalist). Being informed during discharge process, that I will received some refund from the upfront. And the refund will be provided the latest 14 days after discharged date. However, I did not received the refund amount after 14 Days. And suddenly after 1 month and half of discharged date, they inform that I need to pay some other amount due to the hospital received new GL from insurance. Even the amount is small, but it is such poor communication between hospital and insurance company that client need to bare on that. Wont recommend this hospital to anyone else.

Went to emergency, it didn’t even look like emergency. It was an emergency and they had the audacity to say no Dr go other hospital. Just very money minded. Staffs are so poorly trained. Where is the quality Tawakal?? You’re a private hospital who’s taking a lot of money. Please do your bare minimum. People come in with problems. Some come with serious problems and all you do is say Dr is not in.

1)Was admitted on 26/5/22.Β  Process for admission was smooth as the customer service (the guy was very polite unfortunately I couldn't recall his name) had the courtesy to call earlier (as early as 11.29am, admission was scheduled at 4.30pm) to inform that they will call again once the room ready, to avoid long waiting for admission.Β  At 3.18pm received call again from cs to inform that the room for admission was ready. 2) Procedures were done. All was according to plan as explained. Some delay is acceptable due to the busy hospital environment especially the one like KPJ Tawakkal Specialist. 3) Discharge day.Β  The GL from the insΒ co take very much longer than expected.Β  But the billing department do called from time to time to inform on the approval status. 4) Deepest thanks to the nurses, sister on call & other staffs that were veryΒ  helpful and attentive.

Worse service ever! I've been admitted in hospital about a month ago, During discharge, it took 4 hours to get the FGL from insurance. The process was super slow. After few hours, I received a call from billing dept. They asked me to settle the bill since my insurance declined due to some reason. After I made the full payment, I've assisted by one Malay lady (couldn't remember her name) She claimed that she will send my official receipt via email as she can't issue immediately after office hour. Understandable!. After a week, I checked my email I didn't receive the email from the billing dept. So the next day I called to the hospital , One Malay guy picked up my call and he didn't say much he just put through my call to billing dept . I was so speechless. I will strongly suggest them to improve their customer service. And also, I've to chase these people to get my receipt in order to claim from the Insurance. The service was too poor. Furthermore, I wish to highlight about the CLEANLINESS! I was admitted at level 8 the bathroom smells so bad. Hygiene is very important as you people treating patients. Kindly take note on this.
