★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good accessibility for wheelchairs and all. Adhered to MOH Covid9 SOPs strictly and also practicing 5S standards. Has clean environment, toilets, cafeteria, eateries, shops within this hospital. Availability of vending machine for snacks and hot drinks. Hot, warm and cold filtered water dispensers are placed throughout this hospital. A cafeteria is located at lower ground floor, accessible by lift serving breakfast, lunch too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went to tung shin Hosp (Chinese medicine department) hoping to get second opinion for his condition. Prof Liu Xiao Hang was the one who attended him. It is the WORSE consultation ever! The doctor is not professional at all, refused to answer patient’s enquiry( my husband was just asking 3 basic questions about his condition). Is it wrong to ask question? The way the doctor conversed is so unprofessional, his nurse/assistant also behave the same, very arrogant I can say. He didn’t really examine the wound area ( just had a brief look with the dressing on!) and yet told my husband he is very kind of not charging us for that. It is really disappointing getting such doctor. Very bad experience we had for first visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude customer service. Called to enquire about my condition and to make an appointment but was attend by a very rude customer service that hang up my phone call!!
Perhaps they have a very good business that they do not need any new patients!

Plenty of parking spaces but the main entrance can be improved with fully covered car porch.
The ticket parking machine at the hospital main entrance should be cleaned regularly. It looks dirty & filthy.
We came for acupuncture and the service price is reasonable.
Surau located behind the emergency department near to the place they do Covid-19 swab test.
Ventilation of the surau can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price for acupuncture were reasonable, RM30+ per session. Doctor and staff were helpful and friendly. In most of the cases, complete acupuncture treatment required 3 consecutive days of visit, so do check your calendar before visit. Registration was fast, TCM operates on Saturday and Sunday too. However, overall building is old, don't expect first class hospitality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dad was admitted to the Chinese Medical Division. He was physically abused and hit by a specific nurse whom thought he was bothering with requests. His request button was regularly unplugged at night to prevent him from bothering the nurses from chit-chatting at night (I stayed overight there on a few occasions and personally witnessed the nurses chit-chating loudly in the middle of the night while ignoring buzzes from patients). I am now complaining to the hospital management and will highlight with the press to put a spotlight on patient abuse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and staffs quality are okay, not the best but acceptable. Providing an alternative medical services, with reasonable price. And at least medical staffs here are trained by known sources. Medicines can be readily made, which is convenient. However, this is pretty old style.
