Yg dok kat kaunter tiket dpn tu kena blajar akhlak ngan bro ni.. bebal mcm ngan hapa lg.. org ckp dia blh buat² pekak xdengar suruh ulang byk kali.. bongok.. klu xkerana bro ktmd tu aku bg negative 10 bintang
The Indian Bro staff who docked at the counter here is really crazy. Very polite very helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST courier service, firstly i thought to gave a try since its new and with the good reputation of KTM. End up it took almost a week and still received NOTHING. At first promised to reach my parcel within 2 days, its food product, and i guess it has gone bad and spoiled due to poor handling. It cost RM 500, who going to responsible?
