★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was so mean and rude, especially by the name of zaf***. She certainly didn't know how to read reports and treat people with respect. Certainly wish she won't be a doctor at all. I'm worried of how many people will die in her hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most useless service I’ve encountered. Service is so slow. Made us wait so long for taking swabs and putting tags even when there was no queue. Doctor or others staffs don’t bother giving any proper explanation or even assist if there’s any issue with the HSO. No proper setup or solutions if issues arise. You are asked to find out contact numbers of KKM yourself and solve it.
