September 2021 Unfortunately, no dine in yet. The few Kueh we take away, taste great. Will visit this place on our next visit. The owner is so kind and friendly. Great service.

The kuihs were so good. Just the kueh pisang was a little bit too soft. The rest was really good and looking forward to try the other things on the menu when dine in is allowed.

Nice cozy place to have some Nyonya food. Highly recommend the Roti Ayam. The Nyonya kuihs are also delicious and nice.

Food is average and limited choices as they are newly open for 2 months. Their kueh talam and kueh kochi santan is good.

Lam mee was below average. The soup was tasteless and lack of fragrance of authentic penang lam mee. 2 stars Kerabu beehoon was good. Nicely cooked and some twist in the taste. 3 stars Keuh was just normal penang standard. No surprise factor. 3 stars

Already a big fan of Bibik's Kitchen for years--my favorite Nyonya restaurant in George Town--so when they opened this charming kueh & lunch cafe, I was glad to see them bringing the same standards and passion for their food and heritage to this new spot. During my last visit to the charmingly decorated heritage shophouse/mini-Peranakan museum ("mini" being a motif, here), I tried a huge assortment of kueh and noodle dishes. I can happily say that, in this humble foreigner/Malaysian-food-nut's opinion, Kueh stands above the local competition--many kueh shops in Penang seem more focused on the artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners, but deliver less of the original, made-from-scratch quality that make Nyonya kueh so special. I especially loved the kueh talam and the palm sugar bingka, but the selection is always expanding. Kueh also offers some light bites like a surprisingly delicate kerabu beehoon, rice noodles tossed with a punchy herb and toasted coconut dressing, with a few prawns. Sigh...I CANNOT WAIT until this CMCO is over so I can get back to Penang and see what else they're dishing up!

Hands down, the best nasi ulam I've ever tasted. Pictures speak a thousand words - just look at it! Full of flavour, generous with crispy dried prawns and herbs, and made with 100% passion. The herbs are hand-chopped only when you order, so you're guaranteed of freshness. The nasi is already exceptional on its own, but the sambal belacan gives it an extra kick that just takes you straight to culinary cloud 9. As for the kuih, we only tried the kuih bingka and glutinous rice with kaya but I can tell you they beat the more famous ones out there by a mile. The kaya is slightly granular, as properly hand-stirred ones are, while you can still see strands of real tapioca in the kuih bingka, the hallmark of a true blue nyonya artisan.
