★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!!! Staff were sluggish and irresponsible. Waited over 30 mins only to realise that our order wasn't entered into the system. When we felt thirsty and requested for our drinks to be served, then it was found that our order wasn't entered into the system.
Even after finding that out, no one came to update us or even offer to take our order again until a long while. We were only offered an insincere apology.
And the shop wasn't even crowded...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, personally quite like the place. As the classic decor very nice. But unfortunately, the food is just so so only. Also abit feels like cheated, was told by the waiter to like and share their Facebook page and will entitled to get free dessert, but the dessert didn't serve at last. And never tell us until we checked with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here. I ordered Chicken Soup, Noodle is over cooked. Taste lousy. My wife ordered Mala spicy minced meat is still acceptable but is just so so. I will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering sheet was confusing (prolly needs a revamp) and I waited 20min for my food to arrive (3pm on a Saturday) but all was forgiven n forgotten when I ate the mala knife cut noodles. ?? The chicken soup was very rich too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好看不好吃！！nice decor but service and food sucks! do not patronise. menu was unclear. there was step 1: choice of noodle. step 2: choice of soup (includes pictures of different types of soup with ingredients). step 3: optional add-on.
we ordered 5 bowls, all without add-ons. staff did not bother to clarify our orders. noodle came with noodle and enoki mushroom ONLY. picture and information in menu is misleading and there's no disclaimer (e.g. picture for illustration purposes).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spicy dumpling is nice, not too spicy. Just nice for me. I don't usually eat "Mala" but one of the platter does have "Mala Chicken", and from my opinion it is tasty. It does not cause my lip feel numb. The chicken soup with potato noodles is delicious. I love it! The service of the staff is good though they are foreigners and they speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The iceplant salad was quite crunchy but too sweet. The noodles taste average. The signature yellow soup doesn't have very rich taste but was still okay. Probably won't come back again. We were also disappointed that the cashier did not take cards.
