★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there without any greetings and don't feel welcoming at first, have to find myself a seat like I was in the food court.
But during the feast the staffs were approaching and responsive for queries.
Overall is good and nothing to complain,
'cause I love Nando's, delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their chicken is not bad. Tender and well roasted. Didn't quite like the new mango and lime flavour though. It doesn't quite taste anything like mango and lime. Prefer the usual flavours. The Portuguese egg tart tastes nothing like the egg tarts I usually eat..in a bad way. The filling tastes like jelly and the crust although tasty, is a little hard to chew. I struggled to finish the tart. In a nutshell, the usual menu is good, new ones need to thread with caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely slow service. Half empty and i waited 45 mins for a simple plate of chicken because they forgot my order. Staff didn’t apologise or feel remorseful at all.. Poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came with my husband and my kids for lunch on 12/3/2022.When we came in there was no crowd. My kid’s food,2 set of nanditos took super long to arrive. The sides,the Mediterranean rice was bad. The rice were undercooked and hard to chew. Either that or the rice were prepared in hand early and left out for long which made the rice bits to harden. On top of that the quarter chicken my husband ordered, were undercooked as well. There were raw bits of chicken. So disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was just average, and waiters couldn't even give a glass of water when requested due to their policies. We had already ordered other beverages per person for context. We will never eat here again. Side dish portion is also small.

It was Sunday and we kinda expect the crowd but thankfully the restaurant follows SOP.
Need to order online using the QR code provided. It was surprisingly easy. Ordered and make payment and they’ll serve your food soon after.
The chicken pieces was quite small, but it tasted good.
I love Nando so will definitely come back. ❤️
