โ โ โ โ โ This is a pet hotel where your pets are taken care of in a bungalow. You have the option of keeping your pets in an air cond room - it's cleaned on alternate days and no cage OR you can choose to keep your pets roaming free at the backyard of the house. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because the location is very inconvenient as there is very little parking space when you need to drop your pet off and it's along a very busy street with traffic lights right in front of the house. Otherwise if I were to be away for a week or two and my pet needs TLC, this place would be ideal for them to stay in. It is clean considering how many pets they keep in there.

โ โ โ โ โ Great experience boarding my dog, Bobby with them. The dog room are large, clean and care taker are knowledgeable. Bobby get to play at the garden too. Lovely place! Highly recommended

โ โ โ โ โ Our fur family of 3 cats and 1 dog had a 3.5 day stay. Jeremy kept us up to date on how they were doing, and even had some funny stories. One of our kitties apparently liked hiding under the rug. From the photos updates, we coule see one cat and the dog was very manja with the caretaker. I think the home environment made it less stressful for them, and reassuring for the human family when we went for our holiday. Great pet hotel!

โ โ โ โ โ Last minute sent in my Yorkshire for 3days stay here and everything was great ! Jeremy took good care of my dog while I was away. He even sent me some pictures and videos of him playing around at the car porch area. My dog looked to happy staying there. I'll definitely pick this place if I need to leave my dog for couple of days. ?

โ โ โ โ โ We sent our 2 elderly cats here when we moved overseas. They ended up staying longer than we expected which the pet hotel was very accomodating about. They were well cared for and we also used their services to relocate our pets to their new home. Very friendly, great care and nice to have updated sent through. I highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ L Residence was fantastic. I thought it was a regular boarding facility, but my dog had his own room with a bed to boot (wasted on him cuz he's a sleep-on-the-floor kind guy). A little pricey, but they took me in on an emergency, so no complaints.

โ โ โ โ โ Our boys (two small dogs) have spent almost a year at L Residence as they await their turn to join us in Hong Kong. Whilst I have missed them terribly being away from them for so long, I have taken great comfort in the fact that they are in such an amazing place.
L Residene has cared for our boys and taken care of all their needs. If the older one has needed a vet, it's been taken care of. We recieved regular updates with pictures and messages, and both boys have looked very happy and healthy. This shows a great deal of care for the animals, as I've experienced other places in the past who have left our boys looking sad and caged.
L Residence have been able to liase with export company and export vets on our behalf to help get the boys to where they need to go. I am so greatful for all they have done for my fur babies and I would not hesitate to reccomend them to any one if they need short or long term care for their furry loved ones.
